Did you know that pollution, stress and an unhealthy lifestyle can affect your skin's radiance? Here are a few of my tips to put an end to a dull complexion. Exfoliate regularly to remove dead skin cells. If you have the time, perform facial massages to wake up your skin and stimulate blood circulation. Start with light, rapid tapping movements from the inside to the outside of the face. Incorporate orange or red fruits and vegetables (carrots, apricots, squash or tomatoes) into your meals. They're rich in beta-carotenes and provide vitamin A.
