EXCHANGE AND REFUND

If you are not entirely satisfied with a purchase, you can easily exchange or return your product within 2 weeks from the date of receipt of your order*. The product must be intact, in its original condition, in its packaging, with its accessories and instructions. It must not have been used.

  1. PREPARE YOUR PRODUCT FOR RETURN:
    Pack it as much as possible so that it is protected during transport, ideally in the original package,
    Fill out the return form (included in your package) and put it with your product.
  2. SEND YOUR PACKAGE TO THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS

    Attention: the return costs are at your expense.
  3. ON RECEIPT OF YOUR PACKAGE BY KOOL BEAUTY :
    The product is checked.
    If it meets the conditions of return, we proceed to the refund via the original method of payment or the creation of a credit.

SHIPPING OF ORDERS

For any order placed on our website, the standard delivery and Colissimo is €5.40  or free from €60 of purchases in Metropolitan France and is at the price of €9.95 for any delivery in the European Union, €25 for the rest of the World.

HOW DO I KNOW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

To track your order, log in to your customer account to find your tracking number.
When your order is shipped, you will also receive an email with the tracking number.

All our boxes are made of recyclable cardboard.
We also favor glass bottles which are recyclable for life.
Our plastic tubes are also recyclable.

HOW LONG CAN I KEEP MY CHRISTIAN BRETON PRODUCTS AFTER OPENING?

The period after opening varies according to the products between 6 and 12 months. This period is indicated on each bottle and case of your products.
